Discount Tire

Got 2 new tires and a rotation on August 3rd and 20 days later on August 23rd one of my tires almost came off while driving and it looks like 2 of my studs are broke from the vibration I started to feel as I drove. Luckily I pulled over to see why it suddenly started shaking. Upon talking with managers they are helping fix the issue and have been nothing but kind. Honest people and own up too things they might of missed.

It’s so important to give credit when it’s due. I went in 10 minutes before closing with a flat tire & all 3 of my kids in the car & Wes was so welcoming and kind. He got us in, got the tire checked out, replaced & was knowledgeable on all the tires the company offered & was able to explain what was going on with my tire. I am more than grateful. I will always come back here after the care & kindness that Wes showed my family and I tonight. Thank you so much, Wes!

Fantastic experience! The team here is incredibly accommodating and helpful—truly a breath of fresh air. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely polite and attentive, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Even with the manager off-site, the level of customer service remained top notch. A special shoutout to Jason and the crew for taking care of my flat tire in about an hour, without an appointment. I had only stopped by to ask whether I needed to order a tire in advance for my Monday appointment, and they went above and beyond to help me on the spot. While I was waiting, I also noticed how professional and courteous the team was on the phone with other customers. Honestly, I wish more mechanic and oil service shops followed the example set by this crew. We bring all three of our cars here for their tire needs, and this experience is exactly why we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

The employees are attentive and polite. The vibe is better than other tire store experiences I've had. The manager, Joe, dealt with a difficult customer for over 30 minutes and showed great patience. He had her laughing even though she wasn't happy that her tires weren't 100% covered under warranty. They answered the phone quickly and professionally. It was a pleasure getting tires here.
